STS-114 up-to-the station letter.

The first Space Shuttle flight after the “Columbia” tragedy.

The letter was addressed to Russian cosmonaut Sergey Krikalev.

To document the delivery of the STS-114 up-to-the station letter, cosmonaut Krikalev applied only the “Expedition XI. Krikalev. Phillips” round board souvenir seal by using blue inks. Instead of applying the ISS board seal with the date setting mechanism for canceling the cover, Sergey Krikalev wrote the note concerning the mean and the date of the delivery on the STS-114 up-to-the station letter.

The note says: “It’s delivered to the ISS by Shuttle STS-114. July 28, 2005".
