The AEP General Assembly took place in Sala Tommaseo of the Ateneo Veneto. This beautiful assembly room was decorated with the works of famous Venetian painters of the 17th century.
The AEP President Bruno Crevato-Selvaggi reported about the AEP activities during the previous 3 years.

The International meeting “High-level philately and its future in Europe” was conducted by the AEP Board members Peter Suhadolc (right) and Rainer von Scharpen (center).
With great interest the audience listened to the reports and presentations made by Patrick Maselis, the 1st Vice-President of AEP; Jean-François Logette, AEP Board member; Hans Hohenester, Director of the Michel catalogue; Wolfgang Maassen, AIJP President; Mark Bottu, AIJP Director.
Claes Arnrup, President of Postiljonen AB international stamp auction house; Robert Odenweller AEP Honorary member; Jesús Sitjà Prats, President of Real Academia Hispánica de Filatelia; Vincent Schouberechts, AIJP Vice-President; Frank Walton, RPSL President also took part in the International meeting “High-level philately and its future in Europe”.
In the frames of the International meeting, Igor Rodin made a report with the power point presentation “Space Mail collecting as one of the ways to attract young philatelists to high level philately”.
