Astrophilately and Space Philately in Kremlin.
On April 12, 2011 the Gala Concert honouring Cosmonautics Day was held in the State Kremlin Palace, Moscow. The event was devoted to the 50th Anniversary of Yuri Gagarin space flight.

A lot of cosmonauts and astronauts from different countries, delegates from Space Agencies of foreign countries, veterans of Soviet / Russian space industry were invited to the concert.
Boris Chertok (born 1 March 1912) is a prominent Soviet and Russian rocket designer, responsible for control systems of a number of ballistic missiles and spacecraft; he was deputy to the founding figure of the Soviet space program, Sergey Korolev.
The Honorary guests of the event were Valentina Gagarina (Yuri Gagarin’s widow), Galina and Elena Gagarins (Yuri Gagarin’s daughters), Natalya Koroleva (Sergey Korolev’ daughter), Svetlana Medvedeva (Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s wife)

In the State Emblem Hall of the State Kremlin Palace the Russian Federal Space Agency prepared the exposition about Russian achievements in Space explorations.
Igor Rodin, Chairman of the FIP Section for Astrophilately, was invited to take part in the Exposition.
