Exhibiting.
A disappointing year as only two exhibits were accepted at each of the FIP exhibitions despite the fact that at least 12 astro exhibitors had applied for Portugal 2010. I attended two FIP Internationals, Portugal 2010 and Indipex 2011. In Lisbon, I attended the Bureau meeting and the Delegates' meeting. At the meeting I raised the issues put forward by the ATA Space Unit for changes to the SREVs regarding the use of items from the various bases in the Cape Canaveral-Kennedy Space Center zone. I liaised with the jury secretary to ascertain a breakdown of the rumoured "many fakes" in one of the exhibits, in the end, there were a mere two suspect items. I prepared a critique for one of the exhibitors, outlining the areas which could be improved.
At Indipex 2011, again I prepared a written critique for one of the exhibitors. I have two exhibits entered in the 2012 WA National Exhibition, Rocket Mail in the 7-Nations Challenge and a new exhibit From Rocket Plane to Space Transport System in the GAFFA Challenge.
