RPSL President Patrick Maselis has just presented an award plaquette to Igor Rodin and Andrey Strygin.
Prof. Igor PANFILOV, Deputy Chairman of Russian Peace Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Russian National Academy of Philately, is handing over the “Fabergé” medal to RPSL President Patrick Maselis for Her Majesty The Queen, the Patron of the Society.
Prof. Igor PANFILOV has awarded RPSL President Patrick Maselis with the Honorary Medal of the Russian Peace Foundation.
Patrick Maselis is presenting a healthy supply of ‘philatelic vodka’. All of the participants of the event received such RPSL President’s present (a bottle of Ultra Premium Belgium Vodka).
At the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in London, the National Academy of Philately presented an exhibition, which was timed to coincide with the 25th anniversary of postage stamps of the Russian Federation and the 160th anniversary of postage stamps in Russia.

The exposition included a retrospective panorama of various types of postage stamps, marked postcards and envelopes manufactured by modern printing technologies, as well as joint issues of Russian stamps with post offices of different countries of the world. The exposition was prepared by “Marka” company and the “Rossvyaz” Federal Agency.
The exhibition was opened by Mr. Konstantin Shlykov, Сounselor of the Embassy of Russian Federation in the UK.
Anton Chesnokov, Director of the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in London and Andrey Strygin, President of the Russian Academy of Philately are cancelling the cards devoted to the event.
