On April 03, 2012 at 23:12 UTC the Delta-4 rocket-carrier was launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, USA. The rocket orbited a classified payload for the National Reconnaissance Office. The secret mission is known as NROL-25. The launch was performed by United Launch Alliance supported by the 30th Space Wing of US Air Force.
