On August 16, 2017 at 22:07 UTC (on August 17 at 01:07 Moscow time) the Russian "Proton-M” rocket-carrier was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The rocket equipped with the "Briz-M” booster orbited the “Kosmos-2520” communications satellite.
