China launched experimental satellite.

On April 8, 2021 at 23:01 UTC (on April 9 by Beijing time) the “Long March – 4B” (“Changzheng-4B”) rocket-carrier was launched from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in north China's Shanxi Province. The rocket orbited the experimental “Shiyan-6” satellite.

Falcon rocket orbited 60 Starlink satellites.

On April 7, 2021 at 16:34 UTC the " Falcon-9” rocket-carrier was launched from SLC-40 of the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Cape Canaveral, Florida, USA. The launch was performed by SpaceX company supported by the 45th Space Wing of US Air Force. The rocket orbited 60 Starlink satellites.

Crew Dragon “Resilience” (Crew-1 mission) redocking.

On April 5, 2021 the Crew Dragon “Resilience” (Crew-1 mission) spacecraft was redocked from the forward docking port on the “Harmony” module to the top-facing, or zenith, docking port on the “Harmony” module of the International Space Station. During the redocking the crew consisted of American astronauts Michael Hopkins, Victor Glover, Shannon Walker and Japanese astronaut Soichi Noguchi. The redocking mission lasted 38 minutes. It was the first relocation maneuver for a Crew Dragon spacecraft. The crew relocated the Crew Dragon “Resilience” spacecraft to clear the way for the next Crew Dragon (Crew-2 mission) to dock with the forward docking port on the “Harmony” module.
