Soyuz MS-19 spacecraft landed.

On March 30, 2022 at 11:28 UTC the Russian “Soyuz MS-19” landing capsule landed safely in Kazakhstan, 142 km at the southeast of the town of Dzhezkazgan. The spacecraft delivered to Earth the 3 members of ISS’s Expedition 66/67 – Russian cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov as well as US astronaut Mark Vande Hei. Anton Shkaplerov spent in space 176 days, 02 hours and 33 minutes. Pyotr Dubrov and Mark Vande Hei spent in space 355 days, 03 hours and 45 minutes.

Russian Soyuz MS-19 spacecraft undocked from ISS.

On March 30, 2022 at 07:21 UTC, the Russian “Soyuz MS-19” spacecraft undocked from the International Space Station to deliver to Earth the 3 members of Expedition 66/67 – Russian cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov as well as US astronaut Mark Vande Hei.

“Tianzhou-2” undocked from Chinese Space Station.

On March 27, 2022 at 07:59 UTC the Chinese “Tianzhou-2” unmanned supply spacecraft was undocked from the Chinese “Tianhe” core module (Chinese Space Station).

US and German astronauts performed spacewalk.

On March 23, 2022 American astronauts Raja Chari and German astronaut Matthias Maurer performed the spacewalk to install hoses on a Radiator Beam Valve Module that routes ammonia through the station's heat-rejecting radiators to keep systems at the proper temperature. They also installed a power and data cable on the Columbus module's Bartolomeo science platform, replaced an external camera on the station's truss, and conducted other upgrades to station hardware.  The EVA lasted 6 hours and 54 minutes. It was the 2nd spacewalk for Raja Chari and the 1st spacewalk for Matthias Maurer.

Russian “Soyuz MS-21” spacecraft docked to the ISS.

On March 18, 2022 at 19:12 UTC, the Russian "Soyuz MS-21” spacecraft docked with the Russian “Prichal” module of the International Space Station. The spacecraft delivered 3 members of Expedition 66/67 to the ISS, Russian cosmonauts Oleg Artemyev, Denis Matveev, Sergey Korsakov. The new comers joined current ISS Expedition 66 members – Russian cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov; US astronauts Mark Vande Hei, Raja Chari, Thomas Marshburn and Kayla Barron; German astronaut Matthias Maurer. The 10 crew members will work together during 12 days. After a 12-day “handover,” Artemyev, Matveev and Korsakov will replace Shkaplerov, Dubrov and Vande Hei, who plan to return to Earth aboard the “Soyuz MS-19” on March 30. Soyuz MS-21 launch covers.

 

The covers were autographed by the “Soyuz MS-18” crew: Commander, Oleg Artemyev; flight-engineer 1, Denis Matveev; flight-engineer 2, Sergey Korsakov. All three cosmonauts are graduates of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. The 5 rouble postage stamp is devoted to the 175th anniversary of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

Russia launched Soyuz MS-21 manned spacecraft.

On March 18, 2022 at 15:55 UTC the Russian “Soyuz MS-21” spacecraft was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The space vehicle was orbited by the Russian “Soyuz-2.1a” rocket-carrier. The spacecraft is piloted by 3 Russian cosmonauts: Commander, Oleg Artemyev (center); flight-engineer 1, Denis Matveev (right); flight-engineer 2, Sergey Korsakov (left).

US astronauts performed spacewalk.

On March 15, 2022 American astronauts Kayla Barron and Raja Chari performed the spacewalk to install brackets and struts to support new solar arrays to upgrade the power system of ISS. The EVA lasted 6 hours and 54 minutes. It was the 2nd spacewalk for Kayla Barron and the 1st spacewalk for Raja Chari.
