STS-134. The 4th EVA.
On May 27, 2011 American astronauts of the STS-134 crew Gregory Chamitoff and Michael Fincke performed a seven-hour, 24-minute spacewalk.

This was the final spacewalk conducted by space shuttle astronauts. It also was the last of the four spacewalks for the STS-134 mission. The space walkers placed the shuttle's 50-foot inspection boom on the station's truss backbone to extend the reach of the lab's robot arm.

On May 25, 2011 American astronauts of the STS-134 crew Andrew Feustel and Michael Fincke performed a six-hour, 54-minute spacewalk.

The space walkers completed all planned tasks: installing cables to increase redundancy for the power system on the Russian segment of the station; completing the external wireless antenna system and installing a power and data grapple fixture to the "Zarya” module. Soyuz TMA-20 landing.
On May 24, 2011 at 02:27 UTC the Russian "Soyuz TMA-20” landing capsule landed safely in 147 kilometers to East from the city of Dzhezkazgan, Kazakhstan. Having spent in space 159 days, 7 hours and 16 minutes, Russian cosmonaut Dmitriy Kondratjev, Italian astronaut Paolo Nespoli and American astronaut Catherine Coleman returned to Earth.

Soyuz TMA-20 undocked from the ISS.
On May 23, 2011 at 21:35 UTC (on May 24 at 01:35 Moscow time) the Soyuz TMA-20 spacecraft undocked from the ISS.
The Soyuz Commander, Russian cosmonaut Dmitriy Kondratjev, Italian astronaut Paolo Nespoli and American astronaut Catherine Coleman were aboard the Soyuz TMA-20 to return to Earth.
Russian cosmonaut Kondratjev, the Soyuz commander, was at the controls of the spacecraft. He backed the Soyuz TMA-20 away from the station and halted it about 600 feet away. From there, Nespoli took still photographs and video of the complex with space shuttle Endeavour attached. The station slowly rotated 130 degrees to provide Nespoli with the best lighting and views during his photo opportunity.

On May 22, 2011 American astronauts of the STS-134 crew Andrew Feustel and Michael Fincke performed a spacewalk.
The astronauts from the space shuttle Endeavour completed the sixth-longest spacewalk in history on Sunday after needing extra time to finish maintenance work on the International Space Station.
The EVA lasted 8 hours and 7 minutes.

Arian-5 orbited 2 satellites.
On May 20, 2011 at 20:38 UTC the Ariane-5ECA rocket-carrier was launched from the Kourou space center in French Guiana.
The rocket orbited 2 communications satellites (ST-2 and GSAT-8) to reach customers in Asia, the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent.
ST 2 was made by the Japanese Mitsubishi Electric Company and will be operated by ST 2 Satellite Ventures, a joint company formed by Singapore Telecommunications Ltd., or SingTel, and Chunghwa Telecom Co. of Taiwan. The spacecraft has a design life of 15 years.

Russia launched an American satellite.
On May 20, 2011 at 19:15 UTC the Russian "Proton-M” rocket-carrier was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome.
The rocket-carrier orbited the U.S. "Telstar-14R” telecommunications satellite also known as "Estrela do Sul 2”.
Telstar -14R is a commercial satellite produced by the U.S. Space Systems/Loral company for leading satellite operator Telesat. The satellite will replace Telstar 14 satellite at its orbital location to provide broadband coverage for Brazil, continental United States, the Gulf of Mexico, the northern and southern Caribbean, the Central America, and the northern and central Atlantic.
