Proton rocket orbited Russian telecom satellite.

On October 21, 2014 at 15:09 UTC the Russian "Proton-M” rocket-carrier was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The rocket equipped with the "Briz-M” booster orbited the “Express-AM6” communications satellite. The satellite will begin a 15-year mission, serving government and commercial users across Russia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East with digital television and radio broadcasts, high-speed broadband Internet services, and other applications.
