Russian rocket orbited Arab Satellite.

On April 23, 2012 at 22:18 UTC the Russian "Proton-M” rocket-carrier equipped with the "Briz-M” booster was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The rocket orbited the "YahSat 1B” telecommunications satellite. The YahSat-1B satellite was built by Astrium/Thales Alenia Space consortium for the Al Yah Satellite Communications Company (United Arab Emerites).
