Russian rocket was launched from French Cosmodrome.

On June 25, 2013 at 19:27 UTC the "Soyuz-ST” rocket carrier was launched from Kourou Cosmodrome in French Guiana. The rocket equipped with the "Fregat-MG” upper stage orbited 4 telecommunications satellites 03b Network to begin the assembly of a fleet of spacecraft equipped to beam broadband connectivity to billions of people beyond the reach of affordable high-speed Internet services. It was the second Soyuz rocket launch in less than two hours, coming after a similar Russian-built launcher took off from Baykonur Cosmodrome with an Earth observation satellite.
