On August 17, 2021 at 01:47 UTC (on August 16 by local time) the “Vega” rocket-carrier was launched from Kourou Cosmodrome in French Guiana. The rocket orbited Airbus’s Pléiades Neo 4 Earth observation satellite, three tech demo CubeSats sponsored by the European Space Agency, and a commercial nanosatellite owned by a French startup company.
