The "Kosmos-3M" is a light–weight liquid–propellant double-stage Russian rocket. This rocket is manufactured by the "Polyot" (Flight) company, the Omsk city – based branch of the Khrunichev Space Center. The "Sterkh" mini-satellite has been manufactured by "Polyot".
