On July 29, 2009 the Russian Progress M-67 unmanned supply spacecraft docked to the International Space Station. The space vehicle delivered 2.5t of nominal cargo, like food, propellant, air., etc. as well as the letters addressed to the ISS crew members.
Progress M-67 lifted off from Baikonur on July 24, but docked only on July 29 due to delays in the Endeavor`s mission STS-127. This shuttle mission should have been completed in June, but eventually the launch had been postponed for about a month, and consequently Endeavor departured the day before.
Progress M-67 is the 35-th Progress flown in the ISS program. The Progress docked to the Zvezda port under manual control by ISS commander Gennady Padalka. Attachments: |
