On December 03, 2010 at the General Congress of Russian National Academy of Philately the Chairman of the FIP Section for Astrophilately, Igor Rodin became a member of the Academy.
Mr. Andrey Strygin, President of Russian National Academy of Philately handed over the Diploma of the Academy to Igor Rodin.
