The Federation of Cosmonautics of Russia.
On July 14, 2011 the Federation of Cosmonautics of Russia organized the symposium devoted to the 50th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s space flight and the 50th anniversary of German Titov’s space flight.
The event took place aboard the "Moskva-1” river cruise vessel.
Soviet cosmonaut-veteran Vladimir Kovaljonok, President of the Federation and Russian cosmonaut Yuri Lonchakov, Commander of Russian cosmonaut unit took part in the event. President of the Federation of Cosmonautics of Russia had invited Igor Rodin, Chairman of the FIP Section of Astrophilately to take part in the Symposium.

Russian rocket orbited 6 American satellites.
On July 13, 2011 at 02:27 UTC the "Soyuz-2.1a” rocket-carrier equipped with the "Fregat” upper stage was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The rocket orbited the cluster of 6 Globalstar-2 American satellites.
Globalstar is a low-earth orbit (LEO) satellite-based telecommunications system founded by U.S.-based Loral Corporation and Qualcomm Inc. It provides high-quality satellite voice and data services across North America, and to over 120 countries worldwide.
