This flown cover was postmarked aboard the International Space Station on May 18, 2011 at the day when the "Endeavour” American Space Shuttle (STS-134 flight) docked with the ISS.
The cover was autographed by all 13 astronauts who were aboard the ISS at that day.
It was the last flight of the Endeavour.
