Russia orbited Israeli communications satellite.
On August 31, 2013 at 20:05 UTC the Russian "Zenit-3SLB” rocket-carrier was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The rocket orbited the Israeli "Amos-4” (Afro-Mediterranean Orbital System) satellite.
The satellite is manufactured by Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd. And will provide DTH, VSAT and broadband Internet services to consumers in Russia, the Middle East, Southeast and Central Asia.
