On November 5, 2017 at 11:45 UTC the Chang Zheng-3B/YZ-1 (Long March-3B/YZ-1) rocket-carrier was launched from Xichang Cosmodrome, Sichuan province, southwestern China. The rocket orbited two “Beidou” navigation satellites (“Beidou-3М1” and “Beidou-3М2”).

On October 31 2017 at 21:37 UTC the "Minotaur-C” rocket-carrier was launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, USA. The launch was performed by the "Orbital ATK” company supported by the 30th Space Wing of US Air Force. The rocket orbited 10 commercial Earth-imaging satellites. The “Minotaur-C” rocket is a rebranded, upgraded version of Orbital ATK’s Taurus XL launcher, which last flew in March 2011.
