China launched 3 military surveillance satellites.
On November 24, 2017 at 18:10 UTC (on November 25 at 02:10 Beijing time) the Chang Zheng-2C (Long March-2C) rocket-carrier was launched from Xichang Cosmodrome, Sichuan province, southwestern China. The rocket orbited three “Yaogan 30-02” military surveillance satellites. State media reported the satellites will be used for electromagnetic observations and other experiments. The Yaogan series of satellites are believed to be operated by the Chinese military for intelligence-gathering purposes.

In the period from November 20 till November 21, 2017 several micro satellites were launched from the International Space Station. On November 20, 2017 at 08:05 UTC - EcAMSat (E.coli AntiMicrobial Satellite). On November 20, 2017 at 12:25 UTC - ASTERIA (Arcsecond Space Telescope Enabling Research in Astrophysics). On November 20, 2017 at 17:02 UTC - Dellingr (RBLE, Radiation Belt Loss Experiment). On November 21, 2017 at 08:25 UTC - TechEdSat-6 (Technical and Education Satellite-6, TES-6). On November 21, 2017 at 11:40 UTC - OSIRIS-3U (Orbital Satellite for Investigating the Response of the Ionosphere to Stimulation and Space Weather). ASTERIA, Dellingr and OSIRIS-3U were delivered to the ISS by the “Dragon SpX-12” spacecraft. EcAMSat and TechEdSat-6 were delivered to the ISS by the “Cygnus OA-8” spacecraft.

On November 21, 2017 at 04:50 UTC the “Long March – 6” (“Changzheng-6”) rocket-carrier was launched from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in north China's Shanxi Province. The rocket orbited the “Jilin-4”, “Jilin-4”, “Jilin-4” Earth observation satellites designed to record high-definition video and color imagery.

US launched meteorological satellite.
On November 18, 2017 at 09:47 UTC the "Delta-2” rocket-carrier was launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, USA. The launch was performed by United Launch Alliance supported by the 30th Space Wing of US Air Force. The rocket orbited the JPSS-1 (Joint Polar Satellite System-1) meteorological satellite. In addition to JPSS-1, the launch carried small satellites: MiRaTA (Microwave Radiometer Technology Acceleration), Buccaneer RMM (Buccaneer Risk Mitigation Mission), EagleSat, Fox-1B (RadFxSat, Radiation Effects Satellite) and MakerSat-0.
