On 27 April 2018, the Russian Federal Communications Agency issued the postal stationery (a post card) devoted to Anatoly KISELEV, the former General Director of the Khrunichev Research and Production Space Center (1993 to 2001). It was under his immediate leadership that the “Zarya” and the “Zvezda”, the first components of the International Space Station, were developed, designed and built. During his directorship, the “Proton-M” heavy rocket-carrier and the “Rockot” light-lift launcher were tested. For merits in the development and testing of the reusable "Energia-Buran" rocket-space system by the Decree of the President of the USSR of December 30, 1990, Anatoly Kiselev was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor (one of the highest title in the USSR).
