In September 2017 the Russian Federal Communications Agency issued the postal stationery (envelope) devoted to the 160^th anniversary of the birthday of Konstantin Tsiolkovsky. He was a Russian and Soviet rocket scientist and pioneer of the astronautic theory. He is considered to be one of the founding fathers of modern rocketry and astronautics. Total edition is 500 000 envelops. The size of the envelope is 110 mm х 220 mm. The special cancellations devoted to the event were conducted in Russian cities Kaluga, Kirov and Ryazan.

First the letter was posted from the town of Khimki to Moscow. Then the letter was delivered to the ISS by the Russian "Soyuz MS-06” spacecraft. To document the delivery, on board the station the letter was marked with all proper board seals including the Russian official “Russian Post. ISS. Russian Segment” round board post mark dated September 13, 2017, the day when the “Soyuz MS-06” spacecraft docked with the ISS.

On August 3, 2018 at 22:17 UTC the "Dragon” capsule splashed down in the Pacific Ocean in a distance of about 760 kilometers southwest of Long Beach, California. The Dragon delivered to Earth about 1700 kilograms of cargo. It was the "SpaceX CRS-15” mission. CRS means Commercial Resupply Services. It was the 15th flight of Dragon to the ISS with docking.

On August 3, 2018 at 10:30 UTC the station's robotic arm removed the Dragon capsule from its berthing port on the station’s Harmony module. Using a command issued from the mission control center, the robot arm released the Dragon CRS-15 spacecraft at 16:38 UTC on August 3. It was the 15th flight of Dragon to the ISS with docking, including a demonstration flight in 2012.
