China launched military satellite.

On January 7, 2020 at 15:20 UTC the "Chang Zheng-3B/G2” (Long March-3B/G2) rocket-carrier was launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Xichang, southwest China's Sichuan Province. The rocket orbited the “TJSW-5” (Tongxin Jishu Shiyan Weixing-5) military satellite.

Dragon CRS-19 supply spacecraft returned to Earth.

On January 7, 2020 at 15:40 UTC the "Dragon” capsule splashed down in the Pacific Ocean around 325 kilometers southwest of Long Beach, California. It was the "SpaceX CRS-19” mission. CRS means Commercial Resupply Services. It was the 19th flight of Dragon to the ISS with docking.

Dragon CRS-19 spacecraft undocked from ISS.

On January 7, 2020 at 08:41 UTC the station's robotic arm removed the Dragon capsule from its berthing port on the station’s Harmony module. Using a command issued from the mission control center, the robot arm released the Dragon CRS-19 spacecraft at 10:05 UTC. It was the 19th flight of Dragon to the ISS with docking, including a demonstration flight in 2012.

Falcon rocket orbited 60 Starlink satellites.

On January 7, 2020 at 02:19 UTC the " Falcon-9” rocket-carrier was launched Cape Canaveral launch site of US Air Force. The launch was performed by the "SpaceX” private company supported by the 45th Space Wing of US Air Force. The rocket orbited 60 more satellites for the “Starlink” project.

China launched experimental satellite from Wenchang Cosmodrome.

On December 27, 2019 at 12:45 UTC the Chang Zheng-5 (Long March-5) rocket-carrier was launched from Wenchang Satellite Launch Center (WSLC), located in Wenchang on Hainan Island off China’s southern coastline. The rocket orbited the “Shijian-20” experimental telecommunications satellite.

The last launch of Russian “Rockot” rocket.

On December 26, 2019 at 23:11 UTC (on December27 at 02:11 Moscow time) the “Rockot” rocket-carrier was launched from Plesetsk Cosmodrome, Arkhangelsk region, North Russia. The rocket equipped with the “Briz-KM” booster orbited 3 “Gonets-M” communications satellites and the “BLITS-M” small retroreflector military satellite. It was the final launch of the “Rockot” rocket-carrier.
