On March 13, 2021, at 02:19 UTC, the “Long March –4C” (“Changzheng-4C”) rocket-carrier was launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Jiuquan, Gansu Province, the northwest of China. The rocket orbited three “Yaogan-31” military spy satellites. The Yaogan name is used for Chinese military satellites. Yaogan satellites carry high-resolution optical, radar, and signals intelligence instruments, collecting information for analysis by Chinese military and intelligence agencies.

On March 11, 2021 at 08:13 UTC the " Falcon-9” rocket-carrier was launched from Cape Canaveral launch site of US Air Force. The launch was performed by the "SpaceX” private company supported by the 45th Space Wing of US Air Force. The rocket orbited 60 Starlink satellites.

On March 11, 2021 at 17:51 UTC the Chang Zheng-7A (Long March-7A) rocket-carrier was launched from Wenchang Satellite Launch Center (WSLC), located in Wenchang on Hainan Island off China’s southern coastline. The rocket orbited the “Shiyan-9” experimental optical satellite.
