On August 19, 2019 at 12:12 UTC, the “Electron” rocket-carrier was launched from Rocket Lab Launch Complex 1, the commercial spaceport located on the Mahia Peninsula on the eastern coast of New Zealand's North Island. The rocket orbited 4 small satellites: 3 US satellites - BlackSky Global-4, Pearl White-1 and Pearl White-2 as well as one French “BRO-1” (Breizh Reconnaissance Orbiter).
