On April 29, 2019 at 22:52 UTC (on April 30 by Beijing time) the “Long March-4” (“Changzheng-4”) rocket-carrier was launched from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in north China's Shanxi Province. The rocket orbited two “Tianhui-2” satellites to conduct land surveys, mapping and scientific experiments in space.
