China launched a navigation satellite.

On February 24, 2012 at 16:12 UTC the Chang Zheng-3C (Long March-3C) rocket-carrier was launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in the southwestern Sichuan Province, China. The rocket orbited the "Beidou DW 11” navigation satellite. It is the 11th satellite of its indigenous global navigation and positioning network known as Beidou, or Compass system.
It was also the 158th launch of the Long March carrier rockets.
