On October 17, 2019 at 15:21 UTC the "Chang Zheng-3B/G2” (Long March-3B/G2) rocket-carrier was launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Xichang, southwest China's Sichuan Province. The rocket orbited the TJSW -4 (Tongxin Jishu Shiyan Weixing-4) military satellite.
