On December 21, 2023 Chinese cosmonauts Tang Hongbo and Tang Shengjie performed the spacewalk to repair a solar array due to damages caused by micro meteoroids and debris. The EVA lasted 7 hours and 30 minutes. It was the 2^nd spacewalk for Tang Hongbo and the 1^st spacewalk for Tang Shengjie.
