On May 28, 2024 Chinese cosmonauts Ye Guangfu and Li Guangsu performed the spacewalk to install of micrometeorite shields and to inspect equipment outside the spacecraft with precise coordination. The EVA lasted 8 hours and 23 minutes. It was the 2^nd spacewalk for Ye Guangfu and the 1^st spacewalk for Li Guangsu.
