On April 9, 2020 at 11:48 UTC the "Chang Zheng-3B” (Long March-3B) rocket-carrier was launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Xichang, southwest China's Sichuan Province. The rocket was to orbit the “Palapa-N1” (Nusantara-2) Indonesian communications satellite. But the rocket malfunctioned minutes later some time during the planned burn of the third stage of the rocket-carrier.
