On April 7, 2020 at 18:50 UTC the "Dragon” capsule splashed down in the Pacific Ocean southwest of Los Angeles. It was the "SpaceX CRS-20” mission. CRS means Commercial Resupply Services. It was the 20th flight of Dragon to the ISS with docking and the final mission under a 20-flight Cargo Resupply Services contact between SpaceX and NASA. It was the last flight of Dragon cargo spacecraft under Commercial Resupply Services phase 1. The second contract (CRS-2) was awarded in January 2016 and will begin with the SpaceX CRS-21 mission planned for October 2020 using the “Dragon-2” spacecraft. Attachments: |
