Russian Post issues a postage stamp devoted to the 75th anniversary of the inauguration of the "Hero of the Soviet Union” honorary title. It was the highest state award in the USSR. All Soviet cosmonauts since Yuri Gagarin till Toktar Aubakirov (total 72 cosmonauts) were awarded with this government award.
