The Space Mail Letter regarded to Expedition 50 mission aboard the International Space Station (ISS).

The FDC of Chunghwa Post (Taiwan) was issued on October 21, 2016 in the frames of the “PHILATAIPEI 2016” World Stamp Exhibition. The letter was delivered to the ISS by the Russian “Soyuz MS-03” spacecraft on November 20, 2016. Aboard the station the FDC and the enclosed letter were marked with all proper board seals: the “Russian Post. Board of ISS. Russian Segment” round board post mark and the “Russian Segment of International Space Station” board souvenir seal both dated November 20, 2016, the day when “Soyuz MS-03” spacecraft docked with the ISS, as well as with the “ISS” octagonal board souvenir seal. The note on the envelope was written by Russian cosmonaut Oleg Novitskiy, Commander of the “Soyuz MS-03” spacecraft. The note says: “It’s delivered to the ISS by Soyuz MS-03”.
