On October 30, 2009 H-II Transfer Vehicle (HTV-1) Japanese unmanned supply spacecraft left the ISS. American astronaut Nicole Stott separated off the HTV-1 from the station by using Canadarm-2 robotic arm.
On November 01, 2009 at 20:53 UTC the HTV-1 began leaving the orbit, at 21:26 UTC the spacecraft re-entered the atmosphere and burnt down over the Pacific. The HTV successfully completed its cargo transportation operations to the ISS, and accomplished all its missions in about 52 days. Attachments: |
