On September 28, 2020 at 11:20 UTC the “Soyuz-2.1B” rocket-carrier equipped with the "Fregat-M” booster (upper stage) was launched from Plesetsk Cosmodrome, Arkhangelsk region, North Russia. The launch was performed by Russian Aerospace Defence Forces. The rocket orbited three “Gonets-M” low Earth orbit communications satellites and 19 small satellites.
