Russia launched Canadian satellite.

On April 15, 2013 at 18:36 UTC the Russian "Proton-M” rocket-carrier was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The rocket equipped with the "Briz-M” booster orbited the "Anik-G1” Canadian telecommunications satellite. Anik-G1 is a commercial communications satellite built by Space Systems/Loral for Canadian satellite operator Telesat. The satellite has a service life of 15 years.
