Russia launched the Soyuz TMA-22 piloted spacecraft.

On November 14, 2011 at 04:14 UTC the Russian "Soyuz TMA-22” manned spacecraft with a new crew for the International Space Station (ISS) aboard was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The spacecraft was orbited by the "Soyuz-FG” rocket-carrier.

The crew of the space vehicle consists of 3 members: Commander – Russian cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov (in the center); Flight-engineer - Russian cosmonaut Anatoliy Ivanishin (right); Flight-engineer - American astronaut Daniel Burbank (left). It is the ISS program's first manned launching since the U.S. shuttle was retired.
The "Soyuz TMA-22” spacecraft is to dock with the ISS on November 16 at about 05:33 UTC.
