On October 9, 2019 at 10:17 UTC the Russian "Proton-M” rocket-carrier was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The rocket equipped with the "Briz-M” booster orbited the “Eutelsat-5WB” television broadcasting satellite and the US “MEV-1” (Mission Extension Vehicle-1) satellite.
