Russian rocket orbited the first OneWeb satellites.

On February 27, 2019 at 21:37 UTC the Russian "Soyuz-ST-B” rocket-carrier was launched from Kourou launch site in French Guiana. The rocket equipped with the "Fregat-M” booster orbited first 6 OneWeb satellites. There are 20 more Soyuz launches planned for OneWeb from French Guiana, Russia and Kazakhstan, each carrying 32 to 36 satellites to build out the company’s network providing worldwide broadband Internet coverage. OneWeb plans to deploy 648 satellites in its initial constellation over the next two years. The OneWeb is a global communications company that was founded in 2012 under the name WorldVu, based in Britain’s Channel Islands. Now the company is based in Arlington, Virginia, USA.
