Russian “Soyuz MS-16” spacecraft docked to the ISS.

On April 9, 2020 at 14:13 UTC the Russian "Soyuz MS-16” spacecraft docked with the Russian “Poisk” module of the International Space Station. The spacecraft delivered 3 members of Expedition 63 to the ISS, Russian cosmonauts Anatoli Ivanishin and Ivan Vagner as well as American astronaut Christopher Cassidy. The new comers joined current ISS Expedition 62 members – Russian cosmonaut Oleg Skripochka, American astronauts Jessica Meir and Andrew Morgan.

The members of Expedition 62 and Expedition 63 will work together during 8 days. On April 17, Oleg Skripochka, Jessica Meir and Andrew Morgan are to return to Earth aboard the Russian “Soyuz MS-15” spacecraft. The mission of Ivanishin, Vagner and Cassidy is to last till the middle of October 2020.
