On April 30, 2024 at 09:46 UTC the Chinese "Shenzhou-17” landing capsule landed safely at the designated area of the Dongfeng landing site in the Gobi Desertin, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The spacecraft delivered to Earth the 3 Chinese cosmonauts – Tang Hongbo (汤洪波), Tang Shengjie (唐胜杰), Jiang Xinlin (江新林). The cosmonauts spent in space 187 days, 06 hours and 32 minutes. The “Shenzhou-17” mission was the 12th crewed spaceflight in China’s space program, and the 6th crew mission to China’s new “Tiangong” space station. Three other crew members of the “Tiangong” space station – Chinese cosmonauts Ye Guangfu (叶光富), Li Cong (李聪), Li Guangsu (李广苏) remained in orbit aboard the “Tiangong” station. Attachments: |
