Конверт космической почты (бортовой конверт) был погашен на борту международной космической станции (МКС) в 2022 году. Конверт погашен бортовыми печатями с датой 30 января 2022 года, чтобы отметить 140 лет со дня рождения президента США Франклина Делано Рузвельта. 32-й президент США с 1933 года до своей смерти в 1945 году. Единственный президент Соединённых Штатов, пробывший на этом посту более двух сроков. Его первые два срока были сосредоточены на борьбе с экономическими последствиями Великой депрессии, победив их, на третьем и четвёртом сроках он руководил страной во время Второй мировой войны. Space mail flown cover regarded to the 140^th birthday anniversary of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He was the 32^nd president of the United States from 1933 until his death in 1945. The longest serving U.S. president, he is the only president to have served more than two terms. His initial two terms were centered on combating the Great Depression, while his third and fourth saw him shift his focus to America's involvement in World War II. Historical rankings consistently place him among the three greatest American presidents. The envelope was aboard of the International Space Station in 2022. The cover was cancelled with the “ISS” octagonal board seal, the “Russian Post. ISS. Russian Segment” official board post mark and the “Russian Segment of International Space Station” board souvenir seal both dated January 30, 2022. The cover was autographed by all 7 cosmonauts/astronauts who were on board the station at that day: Anton Shkaplerov, Pyotr Dubrov, Mark Vande Hei, Raja Chari, Thomas Marshburn, Matthias Maurer, Kayla Barron.
