On January 20, 2011 at 12:29 UTC the "Zenit-2SB” Ukrainian rocket-carrier was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The rocket with the "Fregat-SB” upper stage orbited the "Elektro-L” Russian meteorological satellite. The weight of the spacecraft in operational mode is about 1,500 kg. Its service lifetime is about 10 years.
