In June 2013 Mr. José Grandela (Spain), the former Chairman of the FIP Section for Astrophilately, visited Moscow. During his visit Mr. José Grandela had several informal meetings with Igor Rodin, Chairman of the FIP Section for Astrophilately. The colleagues discussed a number of questions concerning the development of Astrophilately. The webmaster of the Section’s website, Sergey Rodin, also took part in the meetings. 
One of the meetings took place in the "Tsaritsyno” Palace and Park Ensemble founded by Catherine the Great. 
The final meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere in the famous Moscow’s "Yar" restaurant (since 1826). According to the archive data, before 1917 "Yar" was considered restaurant No. 1 in Russia and in Europe and frequented by Tolstoy, Chekhov, Kuprin, Gorky, Shalyapin and Rasputin.
