On October 4, 2012 at 12:10 UTC the "Delta-4M” rocket-carrier was launched from Cape Canaveral US Air Force base in Florida, USA. The launch was performed by United Launch Alliance supported by the 45th Space Wing of US Air Force. The rocket orbited the GPS 2F-3 navigation satellite.
