India launched a rover to the moon.

On July 22, 2019 at 09:13 UTC the GSLV Mk.III rocket-carrier was launched from Sriharikota spaceport, 80 km from Chennai, India. The rocket (GSLV - Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle) orbited the “Chandrayaan-2” automatic spacecraft. The “Chandrayaan-2” is an ambitious robotic lunar mission targeting a touchdown near the lunar south pole on September 6. The landing module is named “Vikram” for Vikram Sarabhai, the father of India’s space program, and after touchdown will deploy the “Pragyan” rover, named for the Sanskrit word for “wisdom.”

Russian “Soyuz MS-13” spacecraft docked to the ISS.

On July 20, 2019 at 22:48 UTC (on July 21 at 01:48 Moscow time) the Russian "Soyuz MS-13” spacecraft docked with the Russian “Zvezda” (“Star”) module of the International Space Station.

The spacecraft delivered 3 members of Expedition 60 to the ISS, Russian cosmonaut Aleksandr Skvortsov, Italian astronaut Luca Parmitano and American astronaut Andrew Morgan. The new comers joined current ISS Expedition 60 members – Russian cosmonaut Aleksey Ovchinin, American astronauts Tyler «Nick» Hague and Christina Koch.

Russia launched Soyuz MS-13 manned spacecraft.

On July 20, 2019 at 16:28 UTC the Russian “Soyuz MS-13” spacecraft was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The space vehicle was orbited by the Russian “Soyuz-FG” rocket-carrier. The spacecraft is piloted by 3 cosmonauts: Commander, Russian cosmonaut Aleksandr Skvortsov (center), Italian astronaut Luca Parmitano (right) and American astronaut Andrew Morgan (left).
