Russia launched military satellite.

On September 26, 2019 at 07:46 UTC the “Soyuz-2.1b” rocket-carrier was launched from Plesetsk Cosmodrome, Arkhangelsk region, North Russia. The rocket equipped with the “Fregat” booster orbited the “Kosmos-2541” satellite for the Russian military. The satellite is designed to detect missile launches. The satellite is likely the third EKS, or Tundra, missile warning satellites for the Russian military.
